Most kitchens deal with a national firm that treats London as one logistics problem, or a one-van operator who covers a handful of streets. We sit in between: local enough that your collection day is a real fixed day on a real round, big enough to cover the whole city.
Because our rounds are regional, kitchens near each other usually land on the same day. That keeps our costs down, which is why we can pay for every litre rather than setting a minimum volume before you see anything.
